I was commissioned by Eilidh McCluskie of Bold Street Media to photograph the Colpy Road Development in Oldmeldrum. Eilidh is in BNI North with me, and has moved to the new offices in the Colpy Road Development.

- Breakout area for offices
- TJ Pizzas
The photograph of two of the tenants (Debra Bruce of Activus Recruitment, and Myles MacDonald of the Co-op) was used in the Press and Journal.

The new Colpy Road Development was built and is owned by Andrew Cowie Construction. Mr Cowie asked Eilidh to organise photographs of the development, the offices, and the Barra suite, a training facility available for hire.

Andrew was pleased with the first shoot:
Hi Neil,
I heard straight back from Andy, and in his words he’s “really impressed” with the photos.
Thanks again,
Eilidh
Andrew and Sarah Hedley both met with me while I was at Oldmeldrum and booked photography of three developments in progress, and completed. These included the new Lidl in progress on Wellington Road, the Triple Kirks development, and the new Hoover Ferguson facility at Portlethen.
