Property photography at Hilton Road

After a recommendation from a previous client, I was contacted by Steve Singer to photograph his home on Hilton Road. He needed images to use to market it it for rental. It was a nice weather on the day he phoned so I got the exteriors done a few hours after the initial call.

I then returned the following day to photograph the interiors. It is a lovely home and it was beautifully prepared for the photography by Tracy, Stephen’s wife.

There were rooms with boxes as Tracy had started packing but I photographed selected rooms upstairs first so that Tracy could move the boxes into the rooms I had done. The bedrooms upstairs are all sizeable with plenty of storage. The family bathroom has a large jacuzzi bath.

The traditional part of the house has a lovely lounge, dining room, study, downstairs bedroom, and bathroom with a separate shower and bath.

The extension at the back is a great space with a beautifully equipped kitchen, an island dining area, and a great lounge with patio doors to the garden.

The large open plan area is beautifully fitted with a nice outlook to the private garden. In the garden, there is a large outbuilding with glass patio doors, and it is set up as a gym and games room.

Stephen and Tracy are marketing the property themselves and are going to list it on Gumtree. I looked at Gumtree and saw that there is a 9 image limit, but there is also a Youtube option so I prepared a short clip of the stills as a slideshow and added this to Youtube to let this be added to the listing.
