We have just completed photographing nine projects for Montrose based architects, John D Crawford. This lovely home in Laurencekirk is one of those projects. This was a complete house re-build, with a beautiful extension at the back.
The design by Kevin of John D Crawford, combined with the great taste of the client, Sandra Hallet has created a stunning open plan kitchen, living, and dining area.
The original part of the house has been given a complete makeover, and a the outdoor area available from the glass doors of the extension is a beautiful space.
The bathroom and en-suite all have the black and white theme and look fantastic.
The design, the choice of decor, and some amazing accessories chosen by Sandra give the home a wow factor. The large scale hands at the top of the stairs, and the beautiful clock in the hall are examples of the attention to detail which is obvious throughout the house.
John D Crawford wil be using these images on their website, on social media, on iPads as a portfolio, and will also use them for wall display in their boardroom and offices which are about to be re-decorated. The simple perspex frames make a nice display and it is very easy to change the prints to feature new projects. They are available in a wide range of sizes. We use several A1 versions in the studio, and we are going to show this as one of many display options for Kevin to choose from.
Kevin is a fellow member of BNI Aberden North (and his Dad is a long standing member of BNI in Montrose). We met through BNI, and this week, I featured this job during my 60 second presentation letting other members see what we both do.
Last year the members of BNI Scotland North reported income in excess of £15.4 million in new business!
Globally, the 227,000 members of BNI passed over 9.8 million referrals which resulted in more than $13.6 billion in business.
One element of the meeting is that each member has 60 seconds to let the other members and visitors know about their business, and ask for a specific referral. Every week, I show one recent job, or a selection of the work done the week before.
You can see the content I have used at BNI over the last two years here
