Wedding Clients

As all our thoughts are on the COVID-19 situation and everyone’s priority is safety, photography is unlikely to be a high priority but we are trying to keep some options available for our clients.

Photography, Meetings, and Collection

Upcoming weddings

I understand that for those with a forthcoming wedding, it must be very difficult to know what to do. We have already had several weddings postponed more than once. Obviously under these circumstances, all deposits can be carried forward. If you need to check availability for a new date, please call us at any time.

Orders and Wedding books

All our weddings are on-line and you can order any prints required. If you need any assistance in choosing or ordering, we are available by email, or on the phone at most times.

If your wedding book is in progress you will already be using our on-line proofing, and you can advise any changes, and get the design completed all on-line. We can also preview cover designs and complete and finalise your order without meeting.

If you have not yet chosen your favourites, this is the first stage, and instructions on how to do this is detailed here.

This period may be a good opportunity to get your wedding book designed. We are happy to do this without any deposit, and you can have your book designed even if you are not ready to order now.

We have a lot of wedding clients who have wall prints to order and although we normally prefer to meet and use our projection system, we have come up with good options to re-create the viewing experience at home. You can use the online information and communicate with us using email to look at the options and decide. Alternatively you can book an on-line, telephone or video appointment to discuss the options while you view your images.

The video below is for portrait clients prior to the ordering session in the studio. However all the information is relevant to the on-line options, as we will send you visuals of your wall to scale.

Selecting Wall Portraits

As we can not zoom in (this option may be added soon), we can send screenshots if you need to check expression. If someone is better in another image (taken at the same time), then we can swap heads. This is free of charge for any print 12×10, or larger.

If you let us know which image or subject you are not sure about, we will enlarge and send you a screenshot by email.

Once the best images are selected, the next stage is to choose the right size, and whether it will be frameless, in a thin box frame, or have a conventional frame, with, or without a mount. Provided we have an image of your wall, we can supply you visuals to scale by email, at different sizes.

If you would like to display a selection of images, this can be done in a single frame, and we can provide designs to choose from by email.

The most impressive and flexible option is to use separate wall portraits to create clusters with matching or different heights, and we can provide as many visuals as you want to let you choose what works best. If you are using multiple frames in a cluster, frameless or box frames are often best, although a selection of wider frames can look good too.

I hope that these options will help you choose and get your wedding wall prints while we all deal with this very difficult situation.

Thank you for your custom and support. Keep well and take care of yourselves and each other.
