I hope that despite the restrictions, you enjoyed the festivities. After a very worrying 2020, it is now a very difficult start to 2021. Although 2020 was challenging and we had very little wedding or event business, we were fortunate to be very busy with commercial and website work. We added several new services and once this current lockdown is lifted, we are hoping to offer new options to existing and new clients, and some of these are detailed below.

Virtual Tours

During lockdown last year we invested in the Matterport 2 Pro camera system allowing us to offer incredibly detailed walk through tours for properties.

Virtual tours were not restricted to property for sale and we created tours of motorhomes for Aberdeen Motor Home Rentals, and added these to the website we created for them.

This included a tour of a huge specialist 42 ft motorhome

I also created tours for student accommodation in Dundee, and large commercial premises. There will be a new section on our website, and a blog with more details of this amazing new service, and we hope to promote the benefits of this marketing tool to hospitality and retail during 2021 when promotion and marketing will be vital to all businesses as they take advantage of a post covid bounce-back.

Aerial Photography

In 2020 we also added aerial services using drones and a remote control camera on a 10m mast.

Full details of this new service will be added to the website very soon.

Floor Plans

The Matterport system also allows us to offer very detailed floor plans accurate to 99% and if you choose the full suite of services, we can offer competitive pricing.

Website design

Another area where we saw a lot of growth was website development. We completed a lot of new websites during 2020 and we have several that will be completed in the first quarter of 2021. A small selection of websites created or updated during 2020 are featured here. We are working on fixed price web services and hope to offer this very soon but in the meantime, we would be delighted to quote for any website work, and offer very special “lockdown rates” as we did in 2020.

We have some exciting plans for 2021 and hope to build on the new services added in 2020. We are very grateful to our many loyal long term clients, and new clients added in 2020, for their support. We have continued to receive incredible feedback for the quality and service, we strive to provide.

We want to build on this and hopefully we will also see a return to weddings and events to make 2021 a great year. The first quarter will not be easy for any of us but as the vaccine is rolled out, and the weather improves, we hope everyone can look forward to a better year.
