Friday 25th June was a very special day for three people – Susan, James, and their beautiful 3 year old daughter, Abby. As she put it, she had been looking forward to "our wedding".

The drawing room was the setting for the service and a small intimate family dinner before the big party in the main function suite in the evening.

I took lots of family groups and photographs of Susan and James in the grounds of Thainstone which is a nice setting for photography.

However the most important shots were those with Abby, who with a little coaxing and getting to see the images on the camera  screen, was a little star.

Unfortunately her younger cousin, Jack was not having a good day and could not be persuaded to join the groups but we at least got one or two of him.
